The space-saving design fits into home and light-commercial training environments. The swing arm and press arm station uses a large movement radius, and the press arm can be raised for pull-up and chin-up training.

An adjustable knee lock-down supports lat pulldown exercises, while the low pulley station supports curls, rows, triceps extensions, and other cable movements. Integrated weight horns provide convenient plate storage.

The package includes the GFID100 flat/incline/decline bench. The bench can slide in and out of the gym for training transitions and can also be used independently.
