To help us route your request correctly, provide the customer or facility name, equipment brand and model, serial number, purchase or installation date if available, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video when useful.

Important: Manufacturer warranty terms vary by brand, product, component, usage, installation, and purchase date. Pure Craft Industries will review the information supplied, confirm the applicable manufacturer or PCI support path, and coordinate the next step. Submission of a request does not by itself establish warranty coverage.

Labor, travel, freight, wear items, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, environmental damage, and commercial-use limitations may be treated differently by manufacturer and product. We will confirm the applicable terms before representing an item as covered.
