PCI Dealer Onboarding & Documentation Center

PCI Dealer Onboarding Center

One application. One controlled path to dealer activation.

Qualified PCI dealer applicants move through a documented onboarding process designed to protect the dealer, Pure Craft Industries, customer relationships and confidential commercial information. Nina Venturella coordinates onboarding and exceptions through PCI's dealer workflow.

01

Submit Dealer Application

Provide legal business information, ownership/contact details, territory, markets served, sales channels and relevant commercial capabilities.

02

Complete Tax Documentation

Provide a completed W-9 and applicable resale/sales-tax documentation. Out-of-state dealers must provide the appropriate resale documentation for their jurisdiction.

03

Complete Dealer Agreements

Dealer approval requires acceptance of PCI dealer terms, confidential pricing requirements, brand-use standards, ordering/payment terms, warranty/service responsibilities and applicable commercial policies.

04

PCI Verification + Approval

PCI reviews the business record and required documentation. Missing or inconsistent items are routed for review. Submission does not constitute dealer approval.

05

Dealer Access + Training

Approved dealers receive authorized resources, applicable dealer pricing access, product materials, quoting procedures, ordering instructions and training.

06

Active Dealer

Activation occurs only after required documents, agreements, approval and onboarding are complete. PCI may suspend access when required documentation or program compliance is not current.
