PCI Dealer Academy | Authorized Dealer Training

PCI Dealer Academy

Sell it. Order it. Deliver it. Support it.

This is the operating guide for approved Pure Craft Industries dealers. Keep the process simple: use current information, make clear commitments, communicate early, and bring PCI into the project when support is needed.

01

Get Current Pricing

Use the current confidential PCI dealer price issued to your approved account. Public website pricing is a reference, not your dealer price book. Never assume an old price or discount is still current.

02

Build the Quote

Confirm products, quantities, destination, freight, installation requirements and timing. Register meaningful commercial opportunities before committing unusual terms.

03

Place the Order

Submit customer/project information, PCI SKUs, quantities, ship-to location, requested timing, freight/install requirements and approved payment information. The order is final only after PCI confirms it.

04

Confirm + Deliver

PCI confirms availability, commercial terms and logistics. Keep the customer informed and report site-access, receiving, freight or installation changes immediately.

05

Close the Project

Verify delivery, installation and customer acceptance. Preserve serial numbers and relevant documentation needed for future service or warranty support.

06

Stay Connected

Nina manages the dealer relationship. Use PCI for pricing, project support, service/warranty and exceptions rather than guessing or making unsupported commitments.

How an order moves

Customer need → Select PCI products → Verify dealer pricing → Register project when applicable → Quote → Customer approval → Submit order → PCI confirmation → Payment → Freight / installation → Delivery → Closeout.

How dealer pricing works

Approved dealers receive confidential PCI dealer pricing. Use the current dealer price supplied by PCI for every quote. Freight, installation, taxes and special project requirements are handled separately where applicable. Pricing exceptions and nonstandard commercial terms require PCI approval.

Project registration

For meaningful commercial opportunities, provide the customer or organization, project location, anticipated equipment scope, timing and known bid requirements. Early registration helps PCI coordinate support and reduce channel conflict. Registration does not create exclusivity unless PCI confirms it in writing.

Service + warranty

Identify product + serial number → document the issue → submit through PCI support → PCI identifies the applicable service/warranty path → keep the customer informed → document resolution.

Dealer Q&A

Where do I get my dealer discount?

Approved dealer pricing comes through PCI's controlled dealer pricing process. Do not calculate dealer cost using an assumed percentage of the public website.

Can I promise special pricing or territory?

Not without written PCI approval. Use authorized standard pricing; exceptions and territory commitments require approval.

What if I need help with a quote?

Bring PCI the project requirements. We can help organize equipment, specifications, alternatives, freight, installation and project considerations.

What if something goes wrong?

Do not improvise. Document the issue and bring it into PCI's support process. Nina owns the dealer relationship and routes operational exceptions appropriately.

Dealer Certification Gate

Before Active Dealer status, required documents must be complete, PCI approval must be issued, and the dealer must understand current pricing, ordering, confidentiality, customer-support responsibilities and escalation. Active status is granted only after PCI verifies completion.
